Pinça de cable de fibra òptica

Fiber Optic Cable Clamp Manufacturer — Tension, Suspension, Acer inoxidable, Aluminum Alloy & Figure-8 Clamps

FIBCONET manufactures fiber optic cable clamps and hardware for aerial FTTH, ADSS long-span, figure-8 self-supporting and drop-cable installations. Combined output on our mainstream plastic clamp lines reaches one million pieces per month, with dedicated stamping and injection tooling supporting fast MOQ from 100 peces.

Every clamp is tested to IEC 60794-1-2 tensile methodology before shipment, with per-batch tensile strength, appearance and toughness verification. Steel components are available in 201 o 304 acer inoxidable, hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, or die-cast aluminum alloy — matched to your climate, span length and service-life target.

Below are the six clamp families currently shipping to telecom operators, FTTH engineering contractors, power utilities and municipal broadband projects across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Europe and Africa.

6 Fiber Optic Cable Clamp Series We Manufacture

Sèrie Funció Tensile Rating Typical Application
Plastic Tension / Caborn d'ancoratge (PA6 / PA66) Terminal anchoring, axial tension load 600 N – 8 kN FTTH aerial drop, short-span ADSS, paret / pole terminal fixation
Aluminum Alloy Tension Clamp (Heavy-Duty) Long-span axial tension in harsh outdoor conditions Fins a 10 kN rated Coastal salt-fog areas, all-optical campus, surveillance backbone, industrial aerial trunk
Suspension Clamp (J-Type, Rubber + Galvanized Steel) Vertical load only — supports cable weight on straight-line poles Valorat 1.5 kN vertical, break 3.8 kN Long-span ADSS straight-line suspension, mid-pole fixation on aerial trunk
Stainless Steel Drop Wire Clamp (201 / 304) Terminal anchoring for drop cable and slim ADSS 600 N – 3 kN (thickness dependent) FTTH drop, outdoor terminal, coastal / marine deployments (304)
Figure-8 Cable Clamp Grips figure-8 self-supporting cable at its integral messenger Matched to 2.5 mm galvanized messenger Figure-8 (GYXTC8S) aerial deployments
Hardware Accessories Pole bracket, mounting hoop, bolt-crimp bracket, stainless steel band & buckle 2.5 kN – 6 kN (bolt bracket); 4 kN (mounting hoop) Pole fixation, muntatge a la paret, cable routing, band-strap fastening

Ordinary indoor-grade plastic clamps are strictly not recommended for long-term outdoor aerial installations — they do not meet telecom durability specifications. For any outdoor deployment, choose an outdoor-rated plastic series (UV-additive PA6/PA66), aluminum alloy, or stainless steel from the tables above.

Tension Clamp vs Suspension Clamp — What’s the Difference?

This is the most common source of buyer confusion, so it’s worth being precise:

Tensió / Caborn d'ancoratge Suspension Clamp
What it does Holds the full axial tension of the cable — offsets pulling force at the line terminus Supports the vertical weight of the cable only — does not carry axial tension
Where it goes Line terminals, pole corners, dead-ends, equipment lead-in points Straight-line poles between terminals, mid-span fixation
Load profile Horizontal pulling force + all axial tension Vertical load (cable self-weight) només que
Typical tensile rating 600 N – 10 kN depending on material 1.5 kN vertical rated / 3.8 kN break strength
Regla general Every line-end and every direction change needs one Use between terminals to prevent cable sag over distance

How to Choose the Right Clamp for Your Project

Four questions drive the right selection: function, tipus de cable, medi ambient, i tensile load.

1. Match the Clamp to Your Cable Type

Tipus de cable Recommended Clamp Series
Cable de baixada FTTH (papallona / bow-type) Plastic PA6/PA66 tension clamp, or stainless steel drop wire clamp for coastal use
ADSS single-jacket, spans up to 200 m Plastic PA6 anchor clamp with SS201 wire (short span); aluminum alloy 10 kN (long span)
ADSS double-jacket, spans up to 300 m Aluminum alloy tension clamp; suspension clamps between terminals
Figure-8 self-supporting cable (GYXTC8S) Figure-8 cable clamp matched to 2.5 mm galvanized messenger
Round cable, 2–8 mm diameter Stainless steel round-cable clamp
Pis / leather cable, 2×3 mm or 2×5 mm PA66 nylon flat cable clamp, Fins a 1,062 N tensile

2. Match the Material to Your Environment

Medi ambient Recommended Material Expected Service Life
General outdoor, inland, moderate climate Outdoor-grade PA6 / PA66 with UV additive 20+ anys
Coastal salt-fog, mild marine exposure Aluminum alloy (trivalent chromium passivation) o 304 acer inoxidable 10–15 years (alumini); 15+ anys (SS)
Heavy coastal salt spray, offshore 304 acer inoxidable, hot-dip galvanized suspension body 15+ anys
Chemical / industrial atmosphere 316 stainless steel band & buckle Application dependent
Indoor risers, temporary wiring Standard plastic clamp acceptable Application dependent

3. Match Tensile Rating to Span and Wind Zone

  • 600 N – 1.5 kN: FTTH drop cable terminals, short residential runs, sheltered installations
  • 2.5 kN – 3 kN: Standard ADSS terminals, 3–9 mm cable diameter, moderate wind zones
  • 4 kN – 6 kN: Mid-span ADSS, higher wind loading, heavier cable OD
  • 8 kN – 10 kN: Long-span ADSS, coastal / high-wind zones, all-optical campus trunk (aluminum alloy recommended)

4. Confirm Cable Diameter Compatibility

Every clamp has a specified cable-diameter range. Common ranges we manufacture: 3–9 mm (plastic tension); 3–10 mm (aluminum alloy); 5–20 mm across A/B/C/D sizes (suspension); 2–8 mm (round steel). Always confirm the exact OD of your target cable before ordering.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fiber Optic Cable Clamp Sourcing

Q1. What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ varies by series: 100 peces for plastic and stainless steel drop-wire clamps; 500 peces for suspension clamp, wedge-type tension, hardware brackets and hoops; 1 peça for stainless steel band & buckle sample. Custom mold development is available free of charge for qualifying volumes.

P2. What is the standard lead time?

Suspension clamp: 10 dies. Plastic drop-wire clamp and stainless steel clamp: typically 10–15 days depending on quantity. Aluminum alloy and custom-colour or custom-mold builds: quoted per project. Regular configurations of common SKUs are held in stock and can ship within days.

P3. Can you customize logo, colour, and packaging?

Sí. We support laser logo marking on plastic and metal parts, mold-printed logo for high-volume orders, shell colour customization on plastic clamps, and full private-label packaging (outer carton logo, adhesius de la marca del comprador, product-logo printing). Custom mold development is supported and often provided free of charge for qualifying order volumes.

P4. What is the difference between a tension clamp and a suspension clamp?

A tensió (anchor) pinça holds the full axial tension of the cable at line terminals, pole corners and lead-in points — it bears the horizontal pulling force. A pinça de suspensió only supports the vertical weight of the cable on straight-line poles between terminals — it does not carry axial tension. Every line-end needs tension clamps; suspension clamps go in between to prevent cable sag.

P5. Which material should I choose for coastal installations?

For heavy salt-spray environments, utilitzar 304 acer inoxidable for all steel components — our 304 grade passes a 96 h neutral salt-spray test with no visible corrosion (exceeding the industry-standard 72 h). Aluminum alloy with trivalent chromium passivation is a strong alternative for the clamp body, delivering 10–15 years of stable service in mild coastal salt fog. Avoid 201 stainless steel and galvanized carbon steel for prolonged coastal use — long-term maintenance cost will exceed the initial price difference.

Q6. What tensile strength do you offer?

Ratings by series: 600 N (· Marc de distribució · FTTH · Equips de xarxa de fibra òptica · Xarxa de televisió per cable 0.5 mm stainless steel drop-wire clamp) Fins a 1,500 N for thicker variants; 1.5 kN – 3 kN for standard plastic tension clamps; 2.5 kN – 6 kN for bolt-crimp bracket family; 4 kN for suspension clamp break strength (rated 1.5 kN vertical); Fins a 8 kN for PA1500 heavy plastic anchor; Fins a 10 kN for die-cast aluminum alloy tension clamp; Fins a 15 kN for hardware series (metal bracket & buckle).

Q7. Do the clamps damage the fiber optic cable?

No. Our tension clamps use a wedge self-locking + soft-contact protective design that distributes tension evenly over the contact section rather than concentrating pressure on a single point. Suspension clamps use a TPR soft rubber liner + galvanized steel shell composite structure that grips the cable without crushing the jacket or introducing microbend loss to the internal fiber.

P8. Are special tools required for installation?

Most of our clamp series install by hand without special tools — the wedge self-locking design engages when tension is applied. We provide dedicated installation videos for each series. For safety we recommend wearing gloves when handling stainless steel edges. Bolt-crimp brackets use standard M4/M5/M6 hex bolts compatible with common wrenches.

P9. What is the service life for outdoor installations?

Vida útil del disseny: 20 anys for UV-additive plastic clamps; 25 anys for aluminum alloy and suspension clamps; 15 anys in coastal salt-spray areas for hot-dip galvanized suspension clamps; 10 years+ for stainless steel drop-wire clamps in general outdoor use. Standard indoor plastic clamps are not suitable for long-term outdoor aerial installations.

P10. Can you provide samples for evaluation?

Sí. Free single-piece samples are available on most SKUs including PA6 tension clamps. Free samples up to 5 peces on the stainless steel round-cable clamp. Buyers cover sample shipping cost, which is credited back on the first bulk order. Custom-colour or custom-mold samples are quoted per project.
