FIBCONET Alligator-Mouth SC/APC fast connector is built around one thing installers actually care about — speed. The integrated clip body opens like an alligator’s jaw, so field engineers strip, cleave and lock the fiber in one press.

If your installers today use screw-type or two-piece fast connectors, the assembly workflow drops by roughly half — a single technician clears more FTTH nodes per shift, and the daily labor cost per activated subscriber goes down accordingly.

Every unit ships with a three-ring 1.0 mm concentricity ferrule. Insertion loss stays ≤0.5 dB across the batch, s 90% of units within 0.3 dB. Return loss holds at ≥55 dB. We test 100% of production before it leaves the factory, so batch acceptance on your job site tracks the batch acceptance in our test station.

The housing is molded from imported SABIC PEI — 5% harder than the domestic PEI most competitors use. That difference shows up in the tail clamp: your drop cable doesn’t slip out under tensile load, doesn’t loosen after months of vibration, doesn’t fatigue at the bend point. Rated for −40 °C to +85 °C, 500 cykly páření, and a 15–20 year service life.

• Alligator-mouth clamp body — open-lid one-press splice mechanism; the mechanical heart of the 50% speed gain.
• Black locking tail cap — screw-lock design; fits 2.0 mm kulaté, 3.0 mm round and 2×3 mm flat drop cable without any adapter.

Six steps.

1. Strip the fiber coating with a Miller clamp.
