Our factory keeps a rolling stock of 1,000 pcs on regular models, ships bulk orders under 5,000 pcs in about 15 egunak, and supports OEM color, logotipoa, port layout and CAD drawings from an MOQ of 1,000 pzak. Products currently ship into ISP and EPC contractor projects in Brazil, Chile, Indonesia and Malaysia.

12 Distribution Box Models We Manufacture

Talde 1 — Subscriber Boxes (end-user drop termination, 4 to 24 portuak)

Installed at the last drop point of an FTTH network. Each port terminates one drop cable running to a subscriber ONT. Typical wall-mount or pole-mount deployment.

Talde 2 — Hub Boxes (upstream splitting and trunk-cable transition)

Installed one layer above the Subscriber Box in the PON tree. Houses one or two 1×8 or 1×16 PLC splitters and distributes downstream over drop cables to the subscriber layer.

A PON access network has two enclosures between the OLT and the subscriber. Confusing them is the single most common cause of over- or under-buying.

How to Match the Box to Your Field Scenario

• Coastal or tropical deployment → choose a PC+ABS anti-UV model with IP66 or IP68 sealing and 304 stainless-steel latch hardware for salt-spray tolerance.
• Direct-buried or pole junctions exposed to standing water → specify IP68 with ultrasonic-welded housing rather than screw-sealed IP65.
• Fast last-mile drop → choose a pre-connectorized model so the field crew clicks the drop cable in without on-site splicing.
• High-density MDU risers → use the 18 or 24-port model to reduce the number of enclosures per floor.
• PON hub upstream of subscriber layer → use a Hub Box with 1×8 or 1×16 PLC splitter capacity, not a subscriber box with an added splitter.

FAT box production runs on dedicated injection molding and ultrasonic welding lines; housings are molded in-house from qualified PC and PC+ABS resins so batch-to-batch dimensional consistency stays under control. UV stabiliser and weathering-modifier additive packages are dosed to the resin at the pre-mix stage — that is what supports the 15-year outdoor field life claim.

Q1. What is the difference between a Sub Box and a Hub Box?

The Hub Box sits upstream, holds the 1×8 or 1×16 PLC splitter and feeds several downstream Subscriber Boxes. The Subscriber Box sits at the drop point closest to homes and terminates 4 to 24 jaregin kableak. A typical PON tree runs one Hub Box per 8–16 Subscriber Boxes.

Q2. What sealing grade should I specify for a tropical coastal deployment?

Ask for IP68 with ultrasonic welding for splash-heavy or immersion-prone junctions, and PC+ABS alloy with UV additive package plus 304 stainless-steel latch hardware for salt-spray tolerance. Screw-sealed IP65 boxes are fine indoors but not on coastal poles.

Q3. Which connector housings are compatible with your adapter panels?

Panels are drilled and tooled to the mainstream footprints — Huawei, Corning and Fiberhome. Send us your target adapter model at RFQ stage; if it is a proprietary housing we confirm feasibility before quoting.

Q4. What is the MOQ and what happens if I need a small trial batch first?

MOQ for custom configuration is 1,000 pzak. For a trial or sample run, we can pull from the rolling 1,000-piece stock of regular models and ship smaller quantities. Ask us about sample delivery when you send the RFQ.

7.G. What outdoor field life do these boxes hold?

Modified PC+ABS alloy with a UV stabiliser and weathering-modifier additive package supports about 15 years of outdoor service without cracking, weathering or powdering, within the −40°C to +65°C operating range.

8.G. Do you handle later capacity expansion, such as adding ports or changing the splitting ratio?

Existing models are not field-expandable. If your project needs an expandable design, we can develop a custom housing from your specification; the development plus tooling cycle is quoted separately.

9.G. Do you provide RoHS and third-party test reports?

Overall factory defect rate is below 0.5%. Post-delivery rework rate is below 0.2%, and that number includes damage from on-site handling — so the true product-only rework rate is lower. Batch inspection records are available on request for tender projects.
