MPO / MTP Data Center Cabling Manufacturer — Cassettes, Patch Panels, Trunk Cables and Patch Cords
Fibconet fabrica 10 series of MPO / MTP fiber optic products for 40G, 100G, 400G and 800G data center cabling. The product line covers cassette modules, 1U rack patch panels, MPO trunk and patch cords, MPO-to-LC breakouts, loopbacks and MPO/MTP cleaners — enough to build a full high-density link from the MDA to the switch port without adding a second supplier.
Production runs on dedicated MPO polishing, ribbon splicing and 3D interferometer inspection lines. Monthly output reaches 150,000 veitikina across the MPO family. Fiber count scales up to 72 fibers per MPO end for 400G/800G backbone applications. Single-fiber insertion loss can be controlled to 0.15 dB on assemblies built with Japanese-imported ferrules, and to typical 0.20–0.35 dB on standard builds with domestic Sanhuan ferrules.
Every finished cable is 100% inspected for insertion loss, lesu tale, end-face geometry, veivakaduiduitaki, veitarataravi ni fiber, balavu kei na kena irairai .. FLUKE / EXFO electronic test reports are available after order confirmation. Products currently ship into hyperscale, telecom and enterprise data-center projects in the US, Canada, Germany, UK and Netherlands.

What Is MPO / MTP and How to Choose the Right Product
MPO vs MTP — Same Standard, Different Brand
MPO (Toso ena vuqa na fibra) is the generic multi-fiber connector standard defined in IEC 61754-7. MTP® is US Conec’s brand-name implementation of the same MPO standard, with tighter mechanical tolerances on the guide-pin holder, spring load and internal ribbon protection. Both mate with each other and both follow the same fiber count and polarity rules. Fibconet manufactures to the MPO standard and supplies MTP-compatible builds on request; the underlying optical spec is identical.

Mataqali B (Reverse)
1↔12, 2↔11 … 12↔1 fully reversed
Direct connection to SFP+ / QSFP transceivers; most common for 40G/100G breakout
Na cavuti (Pair-swap)
Adjacent pairs swapped: (1↔2, 2↔1), (3↔4, 4↔3) ...
Legacy pair-flip cabling
Polarity errors are the single most common cause of link-up failure on MPO systems. Confirm polarity at RFQ stage; we ship Type A / B / C per your bill of materials.
Gender — Male (with pins) vs Female (sega na pini)
Tagane: two guide pins protrude from the end-face. Used at fixed / patch-panel ends.
Female: sega na pini, two guide-pin holes only. Used at the equipment / movable-jumper end.
Wrong gender at RFQ = the entire batch has to be re-terminated. Always specify Male-Female, Female-Female or Male-Male at the quotation stage.

Taro e dau tarogi wasoma
Q1.. What is the difference between MPO and MTP®?
MPO is the generic IEC 61754-7 multi-fiber connector standard. MTP is US Conec’s brand-name implementation of the same standard with tighter mechanical tolerances on the guide-pin holder and internal ribbon protection. Both mate with each other. Fibconet manufactures to the MPO standard; MTP-compatible builds are available on request.
Q2.. What is the highest data rate your MPO products support?
Up to 800G. The product line supports 40G, 100G, 400G and 800G stably. For 400G / 800G AI-backbone applications we recommend 24-fiber or 72-fiber MPO with the ultra-low-loss ferrule grade to preserve link budget.
Q3.. What is the maximum fiber count per MPO end?
72 fibers per single MPO end. Standard 12F and 24F cover most 40G / 100G / 400G rack builds; 72F is used for 400G / 800G high-density AI backbone and supercompute cabling.
Q4.. Can I mix ends — MPO on one side and LC / SC / FC on the other?
Io. MPO-to-LC breakout is the most common configuration; MPO-to-SC and MPO-to-FC are also supported. Confirm the breakout connector type and quantity at RFQ.
Q5.. Are both ends symmetric on MPO-to-MPO breakout cables?
Io. For MPO-to-MPO breakouts (for example 24F into 2×12 or 3×8), the fiber count and configuration must be symmetric on both ends because every fiber core needs a one-to-one map. Me yacova na 6 MPO connectors per single end are supported.
Q6.. What polarity should I order for a 40G / 100G SR4 link?
Type B is the default for direct SFP+ / QSFP transceiver mating on 40G / 100GSR4.. The internal crossover is done inside the cable so no external cross-connect is needed. Confirm your transceiver polarity requirement at RFQ; we ship Type A / B / C per your bill of materials.
Q7.. What is the difference between standard and low-loss grade?
Standard grade holds insertion loss below 0.70 dB per mated pair; low-loss grade holds it below 0.35 dB with typical 0.25 dB. Ultra low-loss builds with Japanese ferrules reach 0.15 dB per single fiber. Low-loss and ultra low-loss are recommended for 100G high-density backbone and 400G / 800G links where every mated connector consumes link budget.
Q8.. Do you 100%-test every fiber, and do you supply FLUKE / EXFO reports?
Io. Every cable and every fiber core is tested for insertion loss, lesu tale, end-face geometry, veivakaduiduitaki, veitarataravi ni fiber, length and appearance before shipment. FLUKE / EXFO electronic test reports are available on request after order confirmation.
Q9.. Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Io. Free small-quantity samples are supplied for quality verification; you only cover the shipping cost, and that shipping cost is deducted from your first formal bulk order as a cooperation incentive.
Q10. What is your monthly capacity and typical lead time?
Monthly output across the MPO family is 150,000 veitikina. Standard orders of several thousand pieces ship in 7–12 days from stock. Bulk orders above 20,000 pieces ship in 15–20 days. Custom packaging with full artwork runs from an MOQ of 30,000 PCS.
Q11. Can these MPO products be used outdoors?
The standard MPO line is optimised for data hall, MDA and rack environments (IP50, −20°C to +60°C, LSZH). For outdoor and FTTA applications, use the FTTA MPO/MTP Fiber Optic Patch Cord with an outdoor jacket, or ask for a custom outdoor build. Do not deploy the standard indoor jacket in unprotected outdoor conditions.
Q12. What is the warranty?
Standard warranty is 1 yabaki; design service life is up to 10 veiyabaki. Because 100% inspection is applied on every unit, field failures are rare; when they occur within the warranty period, we ship a replacement immediately.
