Ceramic ferrules use the CCTC series (Sumitomo ferrules available on request), and connector grades run from network-level to telecom-level to match your project’s cost and performance profile.

MPO / MTP is the connector platform driving the next decade of data-centre and AI cabling. A single MPO connector carries 8, 12, 16, 24, do 72 vlakna, replacing dozens of individual patch cords with one plug. Our dedicated MPO production runs 150,000 cords per month s 100% ferrule interferometer inspection and per-core polarity verification.

Optical fiber sourced from China’s four leading brands — YOFC, ZTT, Hengtong i Fiberhome — the same feedstock trusted by tier-1 operators worldwide. Ceramic ferrules are Sanhuan series by default, s Sumitomo ferrules available on request for the tightest concentricity requirements. Jacket compounds come from Shanghai Kaibo, a stable supplier to the same four fiber manufacturers.
Insertion-loss variation between production batches is held within ±0,08 dB. Colour consistency for OEM orders is managed by keeping a first-piece reference sample from every batch for direct comparison on subsequent orders.

Standard simplex and duplex patch cords have no MOQ — sample and trial orders are welcome. MPO cords typically start at 100 jedinice. Armored cords have a 1,000-piece MOQ due to armor tooling setup; delivery within 10 dana. OEM-printed packaging requires 5,000 pieces minimum.
Regular configurations of simplex, duplex and standard MPO ship from stock within days — we keep 2,000–3,000 pieces of common SKUs like SC/UPC duplex 2.0 mm LSZH in-stock. MPO custom orders: 7–12 days for a few thousand pieces; 15–20 days for orders above 20,000 komada. Branch patch cords: samples ready in 3 dana.

MPO–MPO breakout allows up to 6 MPO connectors on a single end, with both ends symmetric. Trunk length range: 0.2 m do 300 m; branch length differences within a single cable should stay within 30 cm to avoid fiber-stress attenuation drift.
Our MPO cords stably support 40G, 100G, 400G and 800G parallel optical transmission. This makes them suitable for current AI data-centre cluster fabric, hyperscale MDA cabling, and next-generation coherent transport buildouts. OM4 / OM5 multimode is the current mainstream for 400G / 800G SR8 links; single-mode covers longer reach and DR4 architectures.

Our armored patch cords use a 201 stainless-steel spiral armor layer. Vlačna čvrstoća doseže 140 N (versus 70 N for standard cords) and the armor passes a 24-hour salt-spray test, making them suitable for marine shipping and coastal deployments. Best for static routing with occasional bending — not recommended for high-frequency repeated flexing. For buried installations, an additional protective conduit is recommended to prevent long-term corrosion.
