Supply chain depth: We source bare fiber from four leading China brands (Fiberhome, ZTT, YOFC, ហេងតុង) and have invested in cable sheathing materials and RFID marker technology, giving us vertical control over critical components. Through Fibeye, our dedicated FTTH sub-brand, we also deliver turnkey solutions spanning cable manufacturing support, UAV fiber systems, underwater connectivity, and data center infrastructure.

Our lead engineer brings over 30 years in the industry, including a period as technical director at Furukawa (ជប៉ុន). Tell us the deployment environment, temperature range, and installation constraints, and we design around them rather than adapting a generic product.

For every genuine inquiry we issue the relevant technical specification sheet.
For customized products, our engineers produce 2D drawings. Once you decide to proceed with tooling, we issue 3D drawings and print a physical 3D model for your review before cutting steel.

FIBCONET has held ISO 9001 certification since early in our operating history, alongside RoHS compliance and environmental management system certification.
Certain markets require country-specific approvals — Anatel for Brazil, UL for the United States, CCA for Europe. We maintain working relationships with third-party testing laboratories and can advise on the certification route during the quotation stage, including cost and timeline, before you commit to an order.
Raise your target market early. Certification lead time is usually the longest item in a first-order schedule.
Every shipment follows a documented sequence, and you see the evidence at each stage:

Optical performance is tested against IEC and ITU standards. Raw material sourcing runs through long-term supplier relationships with RoHS certification for export markets.
The reason for pre-production photos is specific: label errors and carton mismatches cause more disputes than optical failures. Confirming them before the line runs eliminates the most common rework cause.

Many of our products carry no minimum order quantity.
Our direct focus is ISPs, data center projects, and network contractors. If you are a retailer or need small quantities, we can connect you with a distributor in your region who stocks locally.
Standard samples ship within one week. Customized samples generally take up to two weeks, depending on tooling requirements.
Lead time varies by product, so we manage it three ways rather than quoting a single number:
- For repeat customers with predictable monthly volume, we hold inventory in advance to guarantee on-schedule shipment
- For new orders, we begin raw material preparation against your target delivery date — often before your deposit clears, to protect the schedule
- For high-volume PON projects, our PLC splitter capacity reaches 500,000 pieces per month
We are also willing to write delay penalty clauses into the contract. If a lead time matters enough to build a project schedule around, it should be enforceable.
We manage the full logistics chain. You either collect locally or receive delivery at your office.
Two routes:
Option A — We arrange freight. Sea freight, air freight, or express (ក្រុមហ៊ុន FedEx / DHL / UPS / TNT / EMS), shipped on your courier account or through our forwarder. Express delivery typically runs about four days.
Option B — You nominate the forwarder. We complete the shipment according to your instructions.
We hold working relationships with more than 20 freight forwarders, including shipping lines and first-tier agents. If transit time is critical, we can route through direct services — for example, direct flights from Shenzhen to Vietnam. Rail and road freight are also available; give us your required arrival date and we will build the routing around it.
Fiber optic cables carry a warranty of up to 20 ឆ្នាំ.
For fast connectors, we use optical silicone grease rather than standard matching gel. Combined with a modified V-groove design, this resists drying and cracking, supporting a service life beyond 10 ឆ្នាំ.

We operate primarily as an OEM and ODM manufacturer, so most output ships under our customers’ brands.

Our products reach projects serving major telecom operators and equipment providers, though typically through authorized partners, intermediaries, or trading companies rather than direct contracts. We protect that channel structure deliberately: if you build a brand on our production, we do not compete with you in your market.
On the fiber side, we work with Chinese suppliers including YOFC and Fiberhome, and international brands including Corning and Sumitomo.
