Fiber optic patch panel is an integrated unit for fiber management, FIBCONET offer wall-mounted fiber optic patch panel, and rack-mounted fiber optic patch panels.
These equipment’s function is to fix and manage the fiber optic cables inside the box as well as provide protection. There are different models to fit 12-core fiber, 24-core fiber, 36-core fiber, 48-core fiber, 72-core fiber, 96-core fiber,144 core fiber applications. They can be with different adapter interfaces including the SC, ST, FC, LC MTRJ, etc. related fiber accessories and pigtails are optional.
Classified according to structure
① The wall-mounted optical fiber distribution frame can be directly fixed on the wall. It is generally a box structure, which is suitable for places where the number of optical cables and optical fiber cores are small.
② The rack-mounted optical fiber distribution frame can be directly installed in a standard cabinet. Applicable to larger-scale fiber optic networks.
Rack type distribution frame
① Fixed distribution frame: The fiber optic coupler is directly fixed on the chassis.
② Modular design: users can choose corresponding modules according to the quantity and specifications of optical cables. This approach facilitates network modification and expansion.

The optical fiber fusion splicing distribution unit box is composed of three parts: the outer shell, the internal components, and the optical fiber connector protector.
① Shell:
The shell is easy to open and easy to install.
② Internal components:
● Support frame: the main body of the internal structure, used for the support of the internal structure;
● Fiber tray: used to sequentially store optical fiber connectors (and their protective parts) and remaining optical fibers. The length of the remaining optical fiber is not less than 1.6m, and the radius of curvature of the remaining optical fiber reel is not less than 32mm.
③ Fixing device:
Used for fixing the cable sheath. Fixing the fiber optic cable strengthening member and fixing the wiring pigtail. The protection of the optical fiber connector adopts heat shrinkable protection tube.
In the optical fiber fusion splicing distribution unit box, all plastic parts are made of anti-corrosion materials.
Metal parts are treated with electrostatic spraying to increase their anti-corrosion performance.
The physical and chemical properties of the material are stable and there is good compatibility between the materials.
① The thermal melting temperature of the materials and fillers used for the heat-shrinkable protective tube shall not be less than 120 °C. The heat softening temperature is greater than 90 ℃. Operating temperature: -25°C~+40°C.
② All materials are non-toxic and non-corrosive. No side effects on human health and other equipment.
