Fiber patch cord is a fiber optic cable with connectors on both ends. People use it to quickly and conveniently connect to CATV, optical switches or other telecommunication equipment.
The cable has a thick layer of protection to connect the optical transmitter, receiver and terminal box. This is called “interconnect-style cabling.”
Fiber optic patch cord is a cable with connector plugs on both ends that actively connects the optical path.
The cable’s center features a glass core for light propagation. In the case of multimode fiber, the core’s diameter is 50 μm to 65 μm.

We adopt finest materials for brilliant performance, to ensure the products you get in the low IL, great uniformity, less bubble, small concentricity and aperture.
All the materials are ROHS certificated and meet exporting quality level demand.
These are our principle and basement to have a good reputation of quality in the FTTH area.

Patch cords can mainly divide into Indoor, Outdoor, Armoured Patchcord, Multicore Bundle Distribution Type, Drop Patch Cord and CPRI Patch Cord.
According to the connector, we can divide the patch cord into FC, ST, SC, LC, MU, MPO, E2000, MTRJ, SMA, etc. Following are some introductions for common types:
The external reinforcement method is a metal sleeve, turnbuckle fastening method. Generally used on the ODF side (the most used on the distribution frame)
The connector connected to the GBIC optical module, rectangular shell. Plug-in pin-bolt type fastening method, which does not need to be rotated. (Most used on router switches)
Commonly used in optical fiber distribution frames, round outer shell. Turnbuckle fastening method. (For 10Base-F connection, the connector is usually ST type. Commonly used in fiber distribution frame)
This connector connected to the SFP module, which is made of a modular jack (RJ) latch mechanism that is easy to operate. (commonly used by routers)
The main difference between APC and UPC lies in the different grinding methods of the ferrule section.
The end face of UPC is a plane with a certain radian, while the end face of APC is an inclined plane with an angle of 8 degrees.
Singlemode (SM) is generally yellow,
Multimode (MM): OM1/OM2 are mostly orange, OM3/OM4 mostly use water green sheath, OM5 mostly use green sheath.

Our patch cord meets the corresponding test characteristics requirements in IEC 61300 (Class U) and GR-326-CORE (Class R).
Fibconet will provide test report when the products are delivered.
Including following ch-aracteristic test data :
First, use a light pen to measure whether the jumper is clear, and make sure that the optical fiber is not broken and measure the index.
Insertion loss less than 0.3dB return loss greater than 50dB (conventional insertion return loss)
Including return loss/insertion loss testing. The test instrument can use the FibKey7602 return loss/insertion loss integrated tester.
Using a video optical fiber magnifying glass to inspect it. For example, many factories use FibViewFV-400PA for inspection.
The instrument provides clear images and is easy to operate. Some customers use the FibKey-5600 variable magnification magnifier for detection.
It integrates 400x, 200x, and 80x magnifying glasses into one and allows for clear and convenient observation of the fiber and ferrule end face condition.
Alternatively, relevant software can also be used for automatic inspection.
Single PE bag packaging, 100 pieces/per inner box, 400 pieces per outer box (adjustable according to the number of Patchcord/Pigtail meters)

1. The pigtail is used to connect the optical cable and the patchcord, and the patchcord is used to connect the pigtail to the terminal equipment.
2. Optical fiber patchcord is used from equipment to optical fiber wiring link, also known as optical fiber connector.
It has a thicker protective layer and is generally used in the connection between the optical transceiver and the terminal box to realize the active connection of the optical path.
The pigtail is only one end with a connector, and the other end is a broken end of an optical fiber core, also known as a pigtail.
It is connected to other fiber optic cable cores by fusion splicing and often appears in fiber optic terminal boxes to connect fiber optic cables and fiber optic transceivers (couplers, jumpers, etc. are also used between them).
Invisible fiber patch cord is new product for FTTR.
Using hot-melt technology, no need to nail nails on the wall. which ensures the beauty of the room.
Invisible optical fiber can directly pass through the cracks of doors and baseboards. It has the advantages of concealment, convenience, and plug-and-play.
