Lead time varies by product, so we manage it three ways rather than quoting a single number:
- For repeat customers with predictable monthly volume, we hold inventory in advance to guarantee on-schedule shipment
- For new orders, we begin raw material preparation against your target delivery date — often before your deposit clears, to protect the schedule
- For high-volume PON projects, our PLC splitter capacity reaches 500,000 pieces per month
We are also willing to write delay penalty clauses into the contract. If a lead time matters enough to build a project schedule around, it should be enforceable.
We manage the full logistics chain. You either collect locally or receive delivery at your office.
Two routes:
Option A — We arrange freight. Sea freight, air freight, or express (FedEx / DHL / TE MAU NOTA / TNT / EMS), shipped on your courier account or through our forwarder. Express delivery typically runs about four days.
Option B — You nominate the forwarder. We complete the shipment according to your instructions.
We hold working relationships with more than 20 freight forwarders, including shipping lines and first-tier agents. If transit time is critical, we can route through direct services — for example, direct flights from Shenzhen to Vietnam. Rail and road freight are also available; give us your required arrival date and we will build the routing around it.
Fiber optic cables carry a warranty of up to 20 te mau matahiti.
