FIBCONET manufactures over ten field-assembly fast connector styles for FTTH deployment, telecom cabinet operations, ISP last-mile projects and emergency field repair — from mainstream threaded self-locking and alligator-mouth types to our patented dual-ceramic ferrule connector rated for 3,000 mating cycles at ≤ 0.2 Āmui'a.
Combined output on our mainstream lines reaches 700000 units per month, backed by 100% end-face inspection and per-batch temperature-cycle, salt-spray, tensile and vibration testing against IEC 61300 methodology. Standard MOQ starts from 500 pieces with 3-day lead time on regular ratios; OEM branding, laser marking and custom packaging supported from as few as 1,000 Te mau nota.

Whether you need Fujikura-compatible one-press assembly, visualized-alignment models used in tier-1 ISP acceptance, telecom-grade dual-ceramic for high-frequency patching, or budget-friendly single-ceramic for FTTH rollout — the ten families below cover the entire spectrum of field-terminable connector needs.

Selection comes down to three questions: deployment volume, quality tier, and installer skill level.
| Hoho'a | Recommended Series |
|---|---|
| Mass FTTH rollout, cost-sensitive, standard fiber | CCTC Single-Ceramic or Alligator-Mouth |
| Telecom central office, frequent patching, oraraa tavini maoro | Three-Ring Dual-Ceramic (patented) |
| Outdoor terminal, vibration or salt-fog exposure | Threaded Self-Locking or Alligator-Mouth (60 mm outdoor) |
| Operator acceptance projects, tier-1 ISP standard | YUTE Visualized-Alignment (98% faito manuïaraa) |
| Apî / untrained installers, no crimping tool available | Rabbit-Type or YUTE (drawer auto-lock, visual alignment) |
| Field rework and quality-critical acceptance | Transparent Dust Cap + 304 SS V-Groove (visible end-face) |
| Fixed drop cable (3.0 × 2.0 mm), foolproof deployment | Flip-Cover Crimping-Type (anti-mismatch design) |
| Emergency repair on any drop cable type | Threaded Self-Locking (universal compatibility) |
Never mate UPC to APC — the polish-angle mismatch causes major loss and can damage the ferrule.
Our fast connectors are compatible with:

Our ferrule sorting is graded strictly by concentricity: 0.2 dB tier controlled at ≤ 0.5 µm eccentricity, 0.5 dB tier at ≤ 1.0 mea e ti'a ia ravehia. Batch-to-batch drift is minimized so that IL after temperature cycling, salt-spray and repeated re-termination does not creep beyond spec — the durability profile most operator-grade acceptance tests demand.
Certification applicability varies by product line and destination market. Please confirm target country, deployment context and required standards when requesting a quotation.
To tatou dual-ceramic connector is patented and uses two aligned ferrule bores instead of one, which physically prevents bare-fiber misalignment during insertion. In practice this delivers +15% installation success rate, IL ≤ 0.1 dB in the first 100 te mau huriraa taa ê, and IL ≤ 0.2 dB even after 3,000 Te mau mana'o (industry standard is only 500). Dual-ceramic units cost approximately 0.7 CNY more per piece; the payback is on high-value telecom or high-frequency patching sites. Single-ceramic remains the right choice for cost-sensitive FTTH rollout and temporary field work.
MOQ varies by model: 500 Te mau nota for CCTC single-ceramic, three-ring dual-ceramic, YUTE, VIVO, alligator-mouth. 1,000 Te mau nota for rabbit-type, transparent dust-cap V-groove, crimping-type, fisheye. Standard lead time is 3 Te mau nota on regular ratios (in-stock configurations ship within days). Rush production and split orders are accommodated on request.
Most models — including rabbit-type, YUTE, VIVO, alligator-mouth and threaded — require only a fiber stripper and cleaver; no fusion splicer, no crimping tool, no glue, no field polishing. The crimping-type comes with a dedicated length-stop / positioner in the box. Skilled operators complete a full termination in 1–3 minutes per connector.
E. To tatou rabbit-type replicates the Fujikura wedge-lock structure with equivalent locking mechanics. YUTE, VIVO and CCTC series are compatible with mainstream drop cable dimensions (2×1.6 mm, 2×3 mm, tae atu i te 3.0 mm round) and are widely deployed by tier-1 ISPs in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, pū'i'era'a, Indonesia and the Philippines.
E. English-language datasheets, Telcordia reliability test reports, CE and RoHS certificates are provided after order placement — suitable for customs clearance and operator acceptance. Temperature-cycle, salt-spray and vibration test reports available on request per batch.
E. Logo customization: laser marking from 500 Te mau nota, silkscreen from 5,000 Te mau nota, mold-printed from 20,000 Te mau nota (mold printing free of charge, others quoted per project). Connector body colour customization beyond standard blue / green starts from 50,000 Te mau nota. Custom PE bags and coloured retail boxes have no strict MOQ and are quoted per project.
Depends on the model: transparent dust-cap V-groove Faʻaaito 10+ re-terminations without groove deformation; crimping-type Faʻaaito 10+ crimp cycles if kept dust-free; YUTE Faʻaaito 10 re-terminations with 0.15–0.3 dB IL rise per redo. For pure mating (plug-unplug without re-termination), standard connectors survive 500 cycles and the dual-ceramic patented series survives 3,000 cycles at IL ≤ 0.2 DB.
Service life by series: alligator-mouth 15–20 years; transparent dust-cap V-groove 5+ te mau matahiti; dual-ceramic 15 te mau matahiti; rabbit / YUTE / VIVO 3–5 years in typical outdoor conditions. For coastal or high-salt environments, the alligator-mouth and threaded series (verified in 96 h neutral salt-spray) are recommended.
Sample orders are welcome across all series. Threaded and alligator-mouth series: 5 free samples per model. Other series: sample fee credited back on the first bulk order. Buyer covers sample shipping cost. Custom-colour or custom-mold samples quoted per project.
We ship fast connectors to Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, pū'i'era'a, Indonesia, the Philippines and other Latin American, Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern markets, backed by long-term stable supply to major domestic Chinese ISPs. Please advise your target country, project scale and preferred payment / Incoterms at RFQ stage — we can quote FOB, CIF or DDP depending on route.
