FIBCONET supplies bare optical fiber through deep inventory and authorized distribution partnerships with China’s four leading fiber makers — YOFC, ZTT, Hengtong e te fare. Hengtong holds our largest stock position, and we also maintain cooperation with Far East and other tier-one suppliers.

For spot orders we can release approximately 100,000 cores every two weeks. Annual contracts above one million cores are welcome and priced on brand-linked futures basis. Every roll ships with an OTDR test report and factory inspection video; our Ningbo warehouse accepts on-site inspection at any time.
Beyond standard telecom bare fiber, FIBCONET manufactures drone fiber optic spools — internal-winding, external-winding, Kevlar-reinforced and underwater versions — used by FPV and industrial drone builders worldwide for tethered communication payload lines.
We only discuss fiber communication material performance and export-compliant industrial / field communication applications.

Underwater spools feature a proprietary pressure-equalization vent that balances internal and external water pressure, preventing housing deformation at depth. Aramid yarn reinforcement delivers 200 N tensile strength, protecting against marine life impact and pressure-driven fiber breakage.

Bare optical fiber is the raw waveguide — core + Te mau mana'o tauturu no te + acrylate coating — before it becomes a finished optical cable. It ships on 50.4 km standard reels, e te 40.8 Te mau mana'o tauturu no te, 60.4 Te mau mana'o tauturu no te haapiiraa e te 100 km reel lengths available on request. If your process can accept non-standard reel lengths in the 20–40 km range, we can offer a more cost-efficient stock structure priced up to 20% lower.

G.654.E has a larger effective area than G.652.D, which lowers non-linear impairment on high-capacity coherent transmission links. It is the fiber of choice for terrestrial 400G / 800G backbone links and terrestrial extensions of submarine networks. Tensile strength is 60 N standard. Our current G.654.E output is around 100,000 km per month across authorized brands.

A note on our supply model. FIBCONET is an authorized distributor for the four leading Chinese fiber makers (YOFC, ZTT, Hengtong, Fiberhome), not a bare-fiber preform manufacturer. Our in-house manufacturing capability focuses on te mau niuniu uira, PLC splitters, and drone fiber spools. This structure gives you branded fiber quality with the pricing leverage of consolidated purchasing.

Our Ningbo warehouse consolidates spot stock from YOFC, ZTT, Hengtong e te fare, with Hengtong as the largest single position. This lets us quote spot on nearly any mainstream single-mode or multimode grade without waiting for factory production cycles.
Drone spools are manufactured in-house on dedicated lines. Monthly capacity for the popular 20 km external-winding spool reaches oia nei 7,000 fa'ahouhia. Long-range internal-winding spools use a proprietary two-component adhesive system that cures immediately after fiber termination — eliminating the 24-hour rest period and the layer-adhesion issues common with ordinary adhesives.
For standard 50.4 km reels we optimize palletized shipping for air freight:
Drone spools ship in individual protective boxes; carton counts vary by spool size and are confirmed at order stage.
FIBCONET has extensive experience with DDP terms to Europe (ōhipa, Bulgaria, Germany and other EU destinations). Our freight-forwarder rates are competitive; contact sales for a landed-cost quotation to your port of destination.
Certification applicability varies by product line and destination market. Please confirm the target country and required standard when requesting a quotation.
FIBCONET is an authorized distributor for YOFC, ZTT, Hengtong and Fiberhome bare optical fiber. Our own in-house manufacturing focuses on optical cables, PLC splitters and drone fiber spools. This model gives our buyers branded fiber quality with the pricing advantage of consolidated stock.
There is no strict MOQ for bare fiber — we sell by the roll (Te mau nota 50.4 Te mau mana'o tauturu no te) so buyers can test small first. For drone spools, standard configurations start at 10 fa'ahouhia; non-standard custom samples require 10 units minimum.
Standard reel length is 50.4 Te mau mana'o tauturu no te. Custom reels of 40.8 Te mau mana'o tauturu no te, 60.4 Te mau mana'o tauturu no te haapiiraa e te 100 km are also available. If your operation can accept non-standard reel lengths of 20–40 km, we can offer a more cost-efficient stock structure — typically tae atu i te 20% below standard-reel pricing.
For spot orders across mainstream single-mode grades, we can release approximately 100,000 cores every two weeks. G.654.E output reaches around 100,000 km per month. Annual contracts above one million cores are welcome; futures pricing follows brand-linked adjustments.
Every reel ships with an OTDR report and attenuation test. Factory inspection videos can be produced per batch on request. Our Ningbo warehouse also accepts on-site buyer inspection at any time.
E. We can provide a 1 km sample for lab qualification. For real production evaluation we recommend purchasing one full 50.4 km reel — this simplifies shipping and reflects true production quality.
Ma'iti internal-winding for long-range missions above 30 Te mau mana'o tauturu no te, aggressive flight profiles, or when fiber-break tolerance is critical. Ma'iti external-winding for high-volume bulk deployment at short range and low speed, or when budget is the priority. For racing / FPV pass-through applications, te Kevlar-reinforced version supports peak payout up to 170 km/hora.
E. We have extensive DDP experience to Poland, Bulgaria, Germany and other EU destinations. Please advise your final delivery address and drone-application context so we can quote landed cost including any applicable duties.
For data centre and FTTx installations, service life reaches 20–30 years under normal operating conditions.
E. Beyond finished fiber, we can arrange optical fiber preforms and drawing tower equipment through our upstream partners. Please share your production capacity target and technical requirements; our engineering team will scope a solution.
