Optical fiber sourced from China’s four leading brands — YOFC, ZTT, Hengtong e te fare — the same feedstock trusted by tier-1 operators worldwide. Ceramic ferrules are Sanhuan series by default, e te Sumitomo ferrules available on request for the tightest concentricity requirements. Jacket compounds come from Shanghai Kaibo, a stable supplier to the same four fiber manufacturers.
Insertion-loss variation between production batches is held within ±0.08 dB. Colour consistency for OEM orders is managed by keeping a first-piece reference sample from every batch for direct comparison on subsequent orders.
Certification applicability varies by product line and destination market. Please confirm target market and required standards when requesting a quotation.
Standard simplex and duplex patch cords have no MOQ — sample and trial orders are welcome. MPO cords typically start at 100 fa'ahouhia. Armored cords have a 1,000-piece MOQ due to armor tooling setup; delivery within 10 Te mau nota. OEM-printed packaging requires 5,000 pieces minimum.
Regular configurations of simplex, duplex and standard MPO ship from stock within days — we keep 2,000–3,000 pieces of common SKUs like SC/UPC duplex 2.0 mm LSZH in-stock. MPO custom orders: 7–12 days for a few thousand pieces; 15–20 days for orders above 20,000 Te mau nota. Branch patch cords: samples ready in 3 Te mau nota.
E. Every cord ships with 100% factory testing (IL, RL, end-face, tensile). Electronic test reports in FLUKE or EXFO format are available after order placement. 3D end-face inspection is standard on all MPO production and available on request for other cord types.
Standard-grade MPO: insertion loss ≤ 0.7 DB (Te mau nota 850 / 1310 m). Low-loss grade: ≤ 0.35 dB average. Single-mode MPO with high-precision imported ferrules can reach IL as low as 0.15 DB for testing and telecom-grade applications. Standard grade covers enterprise networks and office cabling; low-loss grade is designed for high-density cabinet cabling and 100G+ mainstream links.
E. Standard MPO breakout defaults: 12-core → 6 duplex LC; 24-core → 12 duplex LC. Custom splits including 2×12, 3×8, 4×6 and other ratios are fully supported. MPO–MPO breakout allows up to 6 MPO connectors on a single end, with both ends symmetric. Trunk length range: 0.2 m 300 m; branch length differences within a single cable should stay within 30 cm to avoid fiber-stress attenuation drift.
Our MPO cords stably support 40G, 100G, 400G e 800G parallel optical transmission. This makes them suitable for current AI data-centre cluster fabric, hyperscale MDA cabling, and next-generation coherent transport buildouts. OM4 / OM5 multimode is the current mainstream for 400G / 800G SR8 links; single-mode covers longer reach and DR4 architectures.
E. Our patch cords meet the applicable UL, ETL and TUV test standards. Formal third-party certification can be arranged per project on request — test cost is quoted separately depending on the scope required.
Optical fiber from YOFC, ZTT, Hengtong e te fare. Ceramic ferrules are Sanhuan by default; Sumitomo ferrules available on request. Connector grades range from network-level (mainstream cost-performance) to telecom-level (highest concentricity, lowest IL) — specify per project.
Our armored patch cords use a 201 stainless-steel spiral armor layer. Tensile strength reaches 140 N (e te 70 N for standard cords) and the armor passes a 24-hour salt-spray test, making them suitable for marine shipping and coastal deployments. Best for static routing with occasional bending — not recommended for high-frequency repeated flexing. For buried installations, an additional protective conduit is recommended to prevent long-term corrosion.
E. We produce to your artwork — custom colour boxes, outer carton logo, private-label PE bags, spec-sheet inserts and branded manuals. Neutral packaging is available with no minimum quantity. Printed packaging with custom logo requires 5,000 pieces minimum to justify plate setup.
