Te mau tao'a hamani Fibconet 12 series of outdoor fiber distribution boxes for FTTH last-mile deployment. In the industry these are also called FAT (Fiber Access Terminal), FDB, e aore râ, afata faaotiraa. Two families cover the two roles in a PON tree — Subscriber Boxes Te mau mana'o tauturu no te 4 i te 24 drop-cable ports at pole, wall or building entry, e Hub Boxes concentrate 1×8 or 1×16 splitting upstream of the subscriber layer.
Housings are ultrasonic-welded PC alloy or PC+ABS with V0 flame rating, qualified to IK09 impact and IP66 or IP68 sealing. Our factory keeps a rolling stock of 1,000 pcs on regular models, ships bulk orders under 5,000 pcs in about 15 Te mau nota, and supports OEM color, logo, port layout and CAD drawings from an MOQ of 1,000 Te mau nota. Products currently ship into ISP and EPC contractor projects in Brazil, Chile, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Te faataa ra te mau tuhaa i raro nei i te 12 models grouped by role, then cover the Sub-vs-Hub selection logic, Te mau nota, te aravihi no te hamani i te mau tao'a, packaging and OEM options, FAQ, e te hoê tahua faahitiraa parau.
Installed at the last drop point of an FTTH network. Each port terminates one drop cable running to a subscriber ONT. Typical wall-mount or pole-mount deployment.

Ua haamata te ohipa a te metua tane a Fibconet i roto i te mau hu'ahu'a optical i te matahiti 1999 1994. FAT box production runs on dedicated injection molding and ultrasonic welding lines; housings are molded in-house from qualified PC and PC+ABS resins so batch-to-batch dimensional consistency stays under control. UV stabiliser and weathering-modifier additive packages are dosed to the resin at the pre-mix stage — that is what supports the 15-year outdoor field life claim.
E horoahia te mau parau faataa RoHS i te mau tao'a matamua i roto i te mau faaueraa atoa. Fibconet operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Additional certifications — REACH, CE, UL94 V0 for the resin, third-party IP grade test reports — are issued per model and per project requirement. The Hub Box sits upstream, holds the 1×8 or 1×16 PLC splitter and feeds several downstream Subscriber Boxes. The Subscriber Box sits at the drop point closest to homes and terminates 4 i te 24 te mau taura uira. A typical PON tree runs one Hub Box per 8–16 Subscriber Boxes.
Ask for IP68 with ultrasonic welding for splash-heavy or immersion-prone junctions, and PC+ABS alloy with UV additive package plus 304 stainless-steel latch hardware for salt-spray tolerance. Screw-sealed IP65 boxes are fine indoors but not on coastal poles.
Panels are drilled and tooled to the mainstream footprints — Huawei, Corning and Fiberhome. Send us your target adapter model at RFQ stage; if it is a proprietary housing we confirm feasibility before quoting.
MOQ for custom configuration is 1,000 Te mau nota. For a trial or sample run, we can pull from the rolling 1,000-piece stock of regular models and ship smaller quantities. Ask us about sample delivery when you send the RFQ.
Standard-configuration orders under 5,000 pcs ship in about 15 Te mau nota; there is no difference between peak and off-peak seasons. Custom color, logo or port layout adds about 10–14 days. Confirm the actual date on the pro-forma invoice.
E. After order confirmation, we send CAD drawings and an installation manual per model. A short installation video is also available for wall-mount and pole-mount configurations.
Modified PC+ABS alloy with a UV stabiliser and weathering-modifier additive package supports about 15 years of outdoor service without cracking, weathering or powdering, within the −40°C to +65°C operating range.
Existing models are not field-expandable. If your project needs an expandable design, we can develop a custom housing from your specification; the development plus tooling cycle is quoted separately.
Raw material RoHS reports are supplied by default. TAE ATU, CE, UL94 V0 resin certification and third-party IP grade test reports are provided on request; if you need a certificate we do not yet hold, E nehenehe ta tatou e faanaho i te toru o te pŭpŭ hi'opo'araa i ni'a i te faito o te opuaraa.
Overall factory defect rate is below 0.5%. Post-delivery rework rate is below 0.2%, and that number includes damage from on-site handling — so the true product-only rework rate is lower. Batch inspection records are available on request for tender projects.
