G.654.E has a larger effective area than G.652.D, which lowers non-linear impairment on high-capacity coherent transmission links. It is the fiber of choice for terrestrial 400G / 800G backbone links and terrestrial extensions of submarine networks. Tensile strength is 60 N standard. A note on our supply model. FIBCONET is an authorized distributor for the four leading Chinese fiber makers (YOFC, I-ZTT, Hengtong, I-Fiberhome), not a bare-fiber preform manufacturer. Our in-house manufacturing capability focuses on Izintambo ze-Optical, Izihlukanisi ze-PLC, and drone fiber spools. This structure gives you branded fiber quality with the pricing leverage of consolidated purchasing.
Our Ningbo warehouse consolidates spot stock from YOFC, I-ZTT, I-Hengtong ne-Fiberhome, with Hengtong as the largest single position. This lets us quote spot on nearly any mainstream single-mode or multimode grade without waiting for factory production cycles.
Drone spools are manufactured in-house on dedicated lines. Monthly capacity for the popular 20 km external-winding spool reaches cishe 7,000 amayunithi. Long-range internal-winding spools use a proprietary two-component adhesive system that cures immediately after fiber termination — eliminating the 24-hour rest period and the layer-adhesion issues common with ordinary adhesives.

There is no strict MOQ for bare fiber — we sell by the roll (ngokuvamile 50.4 km) so buyers can test small first. For drone spools, standard configurations start at 10 amayunithi; non-standard custom samples require 10 units minimum.
Standard reel length is 50.4 km. Custom reels of 40.8 km, 60.4 km and 100 km are also available. If your operation can accept non-standard reel lengths of 20–40 km, we can offer a more cost-efficient stock structure — typically kuya ku 20% below standard-reel pricing.
For spot orders across mainstream single-mode grades, we can release approximately 100,000 ama-cores njalo emavikini amabili. G.654.E output reaches around 100,000 km per month. Annual contracts above one million cores are welcome; futures pricing follows brand-linked adjustments.
Every reel ships with an OTDR report and attenuation test. Factory inspection videos can be produced per batch on request. Our Ningbo warehouse also accepts on-site buyer inspection at any time.

Khetha internal-winding for long-range missions above 30 km, aggressive flight profiles, or when fiber-break tolerance is critical. Khetha ukuphuma kwangaphandle for high-volume bulk deployment at short range and low speed, or when budget is the priority. For racing / FPV pass-through applications, i Kevlar-reinforced version supports peak payout up to 170 km/h.
