FIBCONET manufactures fiber optic конектори и адаптери covering the full range of formats used in FTTH access, data-centre cabinets, telecom central offices and outdoor deployments — from standard SC / LC / ФК / СВ / МПО / МТРЈ / E2000 to IP67 / IP68 водоотпорен outdoor-rated connectors and field-assembly (fast) connectors for on-site termination.

Every connector and adapter ships after 100% factory inspection — end-face 3D interferometer for MPO, insertion loss and return loss measurement on all fiber types, and mating durability verification against IEC 61754 и Telcordia GR-326-CORE (Класа Р) методологија. Ferrules are Sanhuan (Sumitomo on request), and connector bodies come in standard telecom grade through outdoor waterproof PEI / PDLC housings.

Two Product Families We Supply

Family 1 — Fiber Optic Adapter (Спојувач / Mating Sleeve)

An adapter (also called coupler or mating sleeve) is the passive component that joins two connectors face-to-face inside an ODF panel, печ-панел, wall plate or termination box. It aligns the two ferrules within tight concentricity tolerance so the light passes across the junction with minimum loss and reflection.

Colour coding follows the industry convention — blue for UPC, green for APC, aqua for OM3/OM4, lime green for OM5, beige for OM1/OM2 — so any technician can identify the format at a glance.

Our connector line splits into three families depending on how the fiber is terminated:

For pre-terminated cable assemblies, connectors are integrated onto FIBCONET patch cords in-house — giving you traceable ferrule origin, insertion loss test report per core, and consistent batch performance. How to Pick the Right End-Face Contact — PC / UPC / APC

All three describe how the ferrule end-face is polished, and each gives a different return loss value.

Rule of thumb: use APC (green connector) for anything carrying an RF-modulated signal or a PON drop; UPC (blue connector) for standard data traffic. Never mate UPC to APC — the polish angle mismatch will introduce significant loss and can damage the ferrules.

П1. What is your MOQ for connectors and adapters?

Standard SC / LC / ФК / ST adapters and connectors ship from stock without a strict MOQ — sample and trial orders are welcome. MPO connectors typically start at 100 единици. Waterproof and telecom-compatible connectors (Huawei / ZTE / Ericsson) are quoted per project depending on housing spec.

Every ODF, patch panel or wall plate uses adapters to receive incoming connectors from patch cords or pigtails.

П3. When should I use APC instead of UPC?

Користете APC (green connector, 8° angled polish) for any PON / FTTH outside plant link, CATV RF-over-glass, and DWDM — anywhere reflected light could interfere with the signal. Користете UPC (blue connector) for standard data traffic in data centres, enterprise networks and most indoor cabling. Never mate UPC to APC — the angle mismatch causes major loss and can damage the ferrules.

Q4. Do you supply waterproof / outdoor connectors compatible with Huawei, ZTE or Ericsson equipment?
