We manufacture patch cords with all mainstream connectors: FC, ST, SC, LC, MU, MPO / MTP, E 2000, MTRJ, SMA. End-face contact is available in three types:

  • PC (Sportlechen) — return loss around 40 dB, legacy applications
  • UPC (Ultra kierperlech Kontakt) — return loss ≥ 50 dB, mainstream data-centre and enterprise

MPO Configurations We Manufacture

  • Straight MPO–MPO trunk — direct panel-to-panel or module-to-module link
  • MPO breakout (MPO to LC/SC/FC) — splits a single high-count MPO into 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 duplex breakouts. Default configurations: 24-core → 12 duplex LC; 12-core → 6 duplex LC. Custom splits welcome.
  • MPO–MPO breakout — single-ended maximum 6 Mpo Connectors. Both ends must be symmetric (z.B. 2×12 to 2×12). Common splits for 24-core: 2× 12, 3× 8, 4×6.
  • Hybrid combinations — one end MPO + one end LC / SC / FC

Polarity & Gender

Standard-grade MPO: insertion loss ≤ 0.7 dB (multimode 850 / 1310 nm). Low-loss grade: ≤ 0.35 dB average. Single-mode MPO with high-precision imported ferrules can reach IL as low as 0.15 dB for testing and telecom-grade applications. Standard grade covers enterprise networks and office cabling; low-loss grade is designed for high-density cabinet cabling and 100G+ mainstream links.

Jo. Standard MPO breakout defaults: 12-core → 6 duplex LC; 24-core → 12 duplex LC. Custom splits including 2×12, 3× 8, 4×6 and other ratios are fully supported. MPO–MPO breakout allows up to 6 MPO connectors on a single end, with both ends symmetric. Trunk length range: 0.2 m to 300 m; branch length differences within a single cable should stay within 30 cm to avoid fiber-stress attenuation drift.

Best for static routing with occasional bending — not recommended for high-frequency repeated flexing. For buried installations, an additional protective conduit is recommended to prevent long-term corrosion.
