Fibconet e hlahisa 12 series of outdoor waterproof fiber optic connectors used in FTTH drop-cable terminations, FTTA base-station jumpers, and outdoor ODN cross-connect points. Product families cover IP65, IP67 and IP68 sealing grades, with housings in PA, PEI and metal, selected per model and per project environment.
All series are cross-compatible with mainstream OEM interfaces — Huawei, ZTE, Fiberhome, OPT, Fullaxs, ODVA OptiTap, PDLC, NSN and ODC — so field crews can replace legacy assemblies without changing the enclosure or the drop-cable spec. Typical order size starts from 1,000 likhomphutha; OEM labeling, custom pigtail lengths and bulk packaging are supported for distributors, ISPs and EPC contractors.

The IP code from IEC 60529 defines protection against solids (first digit) le metsi (second digit). For outdoor fiber, only the water digit varies in practice.

Hlokomela: IP68 is the only rating that lets the manufacturer define the immersion depth and duration. Always ask for the test report if a project spec calls out “IP68” without a depth value.

Fibconet operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Product-level certification — RoHS, FINYELLANG, Telcordia GR-326 / GR-3120 test reports, and OEM-specific interface compatibility declarations — is issued per model and per project requirement. Minimum order quantity starts at 1,000 pcs per model. Mixed-model orders are accepted above 3,000 pcs total.
Ee. Interface geometry, keying and sealing are built to the original OEM footprint. Field crews can plug our connector into the existing enclosure port without changing the drop cable or the sealing gel. We send a compatibility declaration with the first shipment on request.
IP67 is qualified for 30-minute immersion at 1 m depth. IP68 covers longer or deeper immersion under conditions the manufacturer defines. For aerial and wall-mount drops IP67 is enough; for direct-buried joints or base-station jumpers exposed to standing water, ask for IP68 with a stated depth.
Ee. G.657.A2 is our default for FTTH drop-cable pigtails because it holds transmission at a 7.5 mm bend radius. G.652.D and G.657.A1 are available if your project spec requires them.
Ee. Laser marking on the housing, custom color for the boot, and custom label on the bag and carton are available from 1,000 pcs per model.
Stock models ship in 5–7 working days. Custom pigtail length or OEM-labeled orders ship in 15–25 working days after order confirmation, Ho latela bongata. Confirm the actual date on the pro-forma invoice.
Ee. Insertion loss and return loss are batch-tested and reported per carton. End-face 3D interferometry data and extended qualification reports (ho fafatsa letsoai, UV, thermal cycle) are provided on request or where the project tender requires them.
MOQ ke 1,000 pcs per model. Mixed-model orders are accepted from 3,000 pcs total, split across two or three models. This lets distributors trial multiple compatibility options in one shipment.
We ship FCA, FOB, CIF and DDP. DDP is quoted per destination country because of customs, VAT and last-mile handling; send us the delivery address and we return a landed cost quotation.
Family-typical value is ≥ 50 N. Selected FTTA and base-station models are qualified to a higher load. Ask us for the model-specific pull-test report before you tender a project.
