Our ferrule sorting is graded strictly by concentricity: 0.2 dB tier controlled at ≤ 0.5 µm eccentricity, 0.5 dB tier at ≤ 1.0 µm. Batch-to-batch drift is minimized so that IL after temperature cycling, salt-spray and repeated re-termination does not creep beyond spec — the durability profile most operator-grade acceptance tests demand.

Ons dual-ceramic connector is patented and uses two aligned ferrule bores instead of one, which physically prevents bare-fiber misalignment during insertion. In practice this delivers +15% installation success rate, IL ≤ 0.1 dB in the first 100 paringscycli, and IL ≤ 0.2 dB even after 3,000 cycli (industry standard is only 500). Dual-ceramic units cost approximately 0.7 CNY more per piece; the payback is on high-value telecom or high-frequency patching sites. Single-ceramic remains the right choice for cost-sensitive FTTH rollout and temporary field work.
MOQ varies by model: 500 stukken for CCTC single-ceramic, three-ring dual-ceramic, YUTE, Vivo, alligator-mond. 1,000 stukken for rabbit-type, transparent dust-cap V-groove, crimping-type, fisheye. Standard lead time is 3 dagen on regular ratios (in-stock configurations ship within days). Rush production and split orders are accommodated on request.
Most models — including rabbit-type, YUTE, Vivo, alligator-mouth and threaded — require only a fiber stripper and cleaver; no fusion splicer, no crimping tool, no glue, no field polishing. The crimping-type comes with a dedicated length-stop / positioner in the box. Skilled operators complete a full termination in 1–3 minutes per connector.
Ja. Ons rabbit-type replicates the Fujikura wedge-lock structure with equivalent locking mechanics. YUTE, VIVO and CCTC series are compatible with mainstream drop cable dimensions (2×1.6 mm, 2×3 mm, tot 3.0 mm rond) and are widely deployed by tier-1 ISPs in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines.
Ja. English-language datasheets, Telcordia reliability test reports, CE and RoHS certificates are provided after order placement — suitable for customs clearance and operator acceptance. Temperature-cycle, salt-spray and vibration test reports available on request per batch.
